3. Appointment Requests & Scheduling

Submitting an appointment request form on this Site does not create a dentist-patient relationship and does not guarantee an appointment. Appointment requests are subject to provider availability and practice discretion. We will contact you within one business day to confirm scheduling.

A dentist-patient relationship is established only after an in-office consultation and the dentist's agreement to accept you as a patient. Treatment decisions are made in the clinical context of an examination.

Cancellation. We ask that patients provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or the inability to schedule future appointments.

Fees & Insurance. Fees stated on this website are estimates and subject to change. Insurance coverage varies by plan. Our team will provide a personalized fee estimate after reviewing your insurance benefits prior to treatment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, patient photos, before-and-after images, logos, and website design — is the property of Gentle Dentistry of Carmel Valley or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent. Requests for permission may be directed to info@thegentledentistry.com.
